745 Shell Island 4500 ft. AGL

Good flight. Climbed to 4500 ft. AGL trying to get above the marine layer.  The air was smooth with a 25 mph breeze from the SSE.  Thermal layer was obvious at 100 feet and again at 2000 ft.
